Hey ladies! I have some BIG, big news. If the bags and coats and other miscellany in front of me haven't given it away, I am pregnant! We are expecting another baby. It's exciting and crazy all wrapped up together!
Some random facts about this pregnancy:
- Having a style blog is really hard when you are pregnant! I have absolutely no motivation for any type of clothing other than my pjs. And trust me, I really hate being that woman who doesn't get dressed in the morning.
- This go round has been a lot, lot harder than my first pregnancy. I am just hoping that the second trimester goes better!
- I'm fourteen weeks along. The due date is July 27th (which is close to my own birthday). As a friend so aptly put it, there's nothing like a pregnancy to put the big one in perspective.
- I don't really have any cravings right now besides what I can stomach at any given moment.
- I am on a major closet clean out and it's not easy. I think part of my lack of inspiration comes from the fact that I can't find anything in my closet! All those easy to wear clothes are just buried beneath the ones that just look gosh awful now that I've put on some weight.
- I've had a lot of skin problems since I've gotten pregnant. So I went and purchased a Clarisonic Mia. So far, so good. I am hoping it's going to get a lot better! Any other skin care tips would be greatly appreciated!
- I am very scared as to how I am going to be relevant to all you guys once I'm eight months pregnant and it's July. I better get creative...real creative!
- I'm a little nervous about putting myself out there when I'm pregnant. I mean let's be honest it's not like I feel real great about myself, so the last thing I want is negativity about exactly that. My readers have always been super supportive, so I am hoping that keeps being the case!
Well I think that's everything. Nothing much will change on the blog other than my size. This will still be a style blog where I share bits and pieces of my personal life.
