lazy beach day swimsuits!

It's that time of the year when it's officially summer. The Fourth of July is right around the corner and we have hot temperatures, pool parties and beach days ahead of us. That means we need to get our swimwear in order. There are so many great options out there whether you want a one piece, tankini or bikini.

I really adore so many of these. And can I just say has Old Navy stepped up their swimwear or what? There are so many great, affordable options there like 2, 3, 4. 5 and 11. My absolute favorites are the peplum suit from Modcloth (#1), the green and navy striped suit from Gap (#8), the neon chevron midkini from Target (#9), and the Anthro-esque patterned suit from Modcloth (#10). I want one of each!

summer sandals!

Before the start of summer, I love going on a quest for new sandals. I generally try to only pick two, one that's a neutral (I am really digging #5) and one really fun, funky pair (like #1, #6 or #7). But honestly, it's really hard to only get two when there are so many gorgeous options out there! My closet would be a lot prettier if I had one of each but that's living in a dream world!

tribal accents.

Lately when I've been out and about shopping I've noticed a tribal trend. I kind of really love it. From the prints, to the embellishments, to the pom poms, it's kind of right up my alley. Here a few things I've found that touch on this theme. You can go bold with a dress or a top or you can add just a touch with an accessory.
