If you own a pair of purple bottoms, it's possible (maybe even probable) that you have too many colored jeans and maybe you shouldn't buy anymore. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I decided to add these to my repertoire. I mean really how many times can you wear purple bottoms? I really do love them though. And a little challenge is always a good thing. Let's just hope I don't pull these babies out every day of the week.
How many colored bottoms do you guys have? (I have purple, royal blue, mint, red, yellow, magenta, pink...) Do you have a problem like me??? Please say yes...
Also I'm linking up with The Pleated Poppy today.
I love the purple with the navy! Colored jeans are my favorite right now - I have turquoise and red but now I want purple too!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun top! I think the same thing when I look at my orange skirt. How many times and things can I wear with an orange skirt? lol

Dainty and Decadent
Hello, I was just browsing here and there.. and I stumbled on your blog, and I couldn't help myself to express a different opinion than yours about purple jeans (besides, I think yours are gorgeous!). I think that purple is actually a very rich and versatile colour, I can see you wearing your jeans in the fall/winter, with a chocolate brown jacket, and a tile-turquoise or orange-red or periwinkle scarf (I took inspiration from the prints on your top), maybe with black boots?
ReplyDeleteTake care,
Elena
Thanks for stopping by Elena! Thank you for that great inspiration! Now I'm kinda excited to pop these babies out this fall!
DeleteI can honestly say that I have no pairs of colored jeans. But then again, I have very little fashion sense, so it kind of fits. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou look amazing, as always!
You are ridiculous! You have fashion sense. It's probably a good thing you don't have any colored jeans...they can become an addiction!
DeleteHaha actually purple pants were the first colored bottoms I gravitated toward. I have a pair of purple cords and dress pants. The only colored jeans I have are rust colored. I really have to branch out. I would love either some yellow or royal blue ones.
ReplyDeleteI really have nothing against purple bottoms...I just have a lot of colored pants! I think royal blue is such a perfect color heading into fall. You should definitely get a pair!
DeleteI wish I had a colored denim problem... I don't have any! Love yours, and the bird top - awesome!
ReplyDeleteHahh!!! I actually think you could get away with wearing these a lot!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your colored bottoms...especially paired with such a fun top. You've inspired me to add more to my closet! Thanks so much for stopping by from the linkup. Happy Wednesday:)

I love everything about this. On my way to find some purple pants now!
ReplyDeleteI am loving those purple pants and that top! So fun! And I can sadly say I only have a red pair of skinnies. I am on a mission to scoop up more colors for fall!

I just bought my first pair of colored pants...mint!! I love the grape pants...what a fabulous color!! Love the birdies on top!
ReplyDeleteMint is such a great buy...you can wear them with everything!
DeleteI love them & I love that top as well! There is a pair of reddish orange skinnies I have my eye on and just might go back & get this this weekend! It's hard when you buy something like these because I find myself usually LOVING them but thinking, "Oh, I can't wear them too much because people will remember these"
ReplyDeleteI know exactly what you mean!
DeleteOk, I love this top. I'm afraid of birds, but I love this top and you look so cute. Will you ever get sick of my compliments? Once again we are colored denim buddies. I have royal blue, green, red, burgundy and coral. I'd like to add mustard for fall. I'm ridiculous, but glad to know I'm not alone.
ReplyDeleteNo never! You just reminded me...I have green and coral. I forgot those. Geez I have too many! I've been looking at mustard yellow for fall but my legs just don't look good in tight mustard yellow jeggings which is all I've been able to find.
DeleteOk, it's bad when you forget that you actually have more colored denim in the collection. Man, I adore you. We were totally meant to be friends, you do realize this, right?
DeleteYeah that is bad. If I thought really hard, I could probably come up with a few more. Clearly I should be done with the colored bottoms for awhile. And of course we were meant to be friends! I knew that as soon as I saw your blog! I tell everyone about new best jewelry, colored denim, purse and everything else buddy :)
DeleteLove the flats and that lipstick looks great on you!
ReplyDeleteLove all the bold colors you've incorporated in this look! Your bird print top is one of the best I've seen yet! Love it!

I really like the bird prints! And I only have one colored bottom, but I've been searching for a pair of burnt orange jeans!

I happen to love your purple pants and that unexpected birdie filled shirt, super cute!
ReplyDeleteLove this look!I don't think it's possible to have too many coloured jeans ;) I'm trying to expand my collection at the moment and am looking for some fall colours like purple and maroon.
ReplyDeleteWow, I'm envious of your colored jeans collection! I think purple is a great addition--you make me want a pair too! I have red (cords), pale pink and green. But I want more!! Shea @ Bon Chic Bon Gastronomique
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colours! Love the top & pants. I need to get myself some coloured jeans stat...

TOTALLY - same confession on colored denim! I have red, blue, yellow, purple, black, grey and just got a pair in popsicle! I'm still holding out for kelly green. I'd like to get some patterned tops like the one you're wearing so I don't always look so color blocked. Thanks for the inspiration.
