I'm rocking second-day hair. And I think it's the greatest trend ever. I love this messy, tousled look. And let's face it...my husband, dog and child want to get out the door bright and early on the weekends and this mama wants to sleep in. So I sacrifice my showers for a few extra zzz's.
Let's chat about this outfit. I can't believe I'm actually sharing it because it's the world's easiest outfit. I can't tell you how many variations of this look I wear in a week. No bells, no whistles...just the basics. And sometimes it's nice to just wear what's easy. I think it also says a lot about our innate personal style. If you had five minutes to dress in the morning, what would you wear?

Love simple. My go-to is a pair of AE jeggings and a light blue pin stripe blouse dress from H&M. I pair it with a scarf or put a long-sleeved tee underneath when the weather's chilly; or wear as is when this Canada weather permits! :)

Personally, I LOVE the basics! Love the army jacket over the animal print and jeans with nude shoes. Great dash of dress up red on the lips with otherwise natural hair and overall look!

I wish I could do second day hair. I have to wash my hair every day... I just don't feel clean if I don't.
ReplyDeleteKinda obsessed with this J.Crew cargo jacket! I think it is the perfect "throw on a go!" type of coat. And paired with the animal print here...it's just perfect!

ReplyDeleteOh, Lindsay! You are totally rocking that beachy messy hair! Seriously. Hot mama.
ReplyDeleteBut really though, what would we both do without this trend? Well, what would I do without it?
I'll just always look like a hot mess.
And you look fabulous and the "world's easiest outfit"
I love that it's effortless, but the pointy flats add a touch of class to it.
