so not me.

{Sweater: A-Thread | Cords: Old Navy | Shoes: Piperlime}

Have you ever worn an outfit that just isn't you...at all? This is it for me. I mean neon, colored pants and sparkles for daywear? That's a bit much even for me. But if I'm honest with myself, I actually love this look from top to bottom. It's not my usual and a departure from the norm is sometimes good especially when it comes to style.

I'm thinking now that maybe I should just be a style blogger in the spring, summer and fall months. Is that possible?? Because I might be in for a rude awakening when the weather turns. Getting photos in cold, blustery weather and getting them before dark will not be easy. We are already having trouble adjusting our schedule (if you can't tell from the photos above!). Any advice on how to cope with this challenge would be greatly appreciated! How do you ladies do it???

  2. I looove those sparkly flats! Sometimes it's fun to wear something outside of your comfort zone. It is certainly much harder to take photos in the winter. I try to take mine on the weekends since there's more daylight.

    1. I'm in love with these flats Sharon! I think that's really our only option is to take photos on the weekend which means I have to look cute all weekend!

    I'm with you on the picture issues... I don't know how I'm going to do it! I've already been waking up late the time hasn't even changed yet. We'll see if I come up with any awesome ideas on how to make it easier!

  5. Those shoes are fantastic, I'm all about the glitter!

    Pictures can be tricky but since it's getting colder you might want to think about a place inside that can be quickly staged.

  7. winter is the worst! a coffee shop is a good idea. you could also take pics inside a library or a hotel lobby if those would be convenient options. maybe you could do a post on outerwear too and embrace the weather...or just plan what you would pack on a tropical getaway. :)

    1. Kaci, these ideas are awesome! Even a museum could be cool. I mean I might look weird because we would need our flash and everything...but that's okay right?? If I am ever in need of ideas, you are my go-to!
